Custom Dining Furniture — OEM & ODM
OEM and ODM for your own brand — size, material, colour and logo to your specification. Start from one of our 136 existing models and change what you need, or bring us your own drawing. You approve a sample before mass production starts.
- Custom sizes
- Material & finish options
- Your logo & packaging
- Sample approval before production
Four steps, with your approval at each one
Custom work goes wrong when the specification lives in an email thread. Ours is written down, sampled and signed off before production.
Inquiry & specification
You send the model, the drawing or the change you want, plus target quantity and destination. We confirm what is achievable and return a written specification with pricing.
Sampling
A sample is produced to the agreed specification — in your material, colour and finish — for physical approval. Typical sampling time is 7 to 10 days.
Order confirmation
The approved sample is frozen as the reference, quantities and branding details are confirmed, and the proforma invoice fixes the schedule.
Production & QC
Mass production runs against the approved reference, with in-line checks, a pre-shipment inspection and your logo and packaging applied as specified.
Six things we can make yours
Each item below is achievable on most of the range, with limits we state up front rather than discovering at sample stage.
Size & dimensions
Seat height, seat depth, back height, table diameter, top thickness and base spread. On welded or moulded frames, some proportions cannot move without new tooling — we say so before quoting.
Material & construction
Leather, faux leather, saddle leather, technical fabrics, metal frame profiles, solid wood species, sintered stone and glass tops. Foam density and comfort can be specified for heavy-use venues.
Colour & finish
Powder-coat and metal finishes, wood stains, upholstery colours and stitch detail. We can work to your colour reference or match an existing finish in your venue.
Logo & branding
Branding applied where it reads as a mark of quality rather than an advertisement — stamped or embossed on frames and feet, woven labels, or discreetly placed on the underside.
Packaging
Export cartons with your shipping marks, added corner and edge protection for stone and glass tops, and carton layouts organised so your warehouse can unload by product rather than by guesswork.
Labelling & documents
Barcode labels, product tags, care and assembly instructions under your own brand identity, so the goods arrive ready for your own catalogue or warehouse system.
Minimums and sampling cost
How minimums work here
Custom work carries its own minimum, and it is not one number for the whole range. Changing a colour, a fabric or a label is a light set-up; changing a frame profile, a mould or a stone cut is a different order of work. We confirm the minimum for your specific change in writing — so you are never told "we can do anything" and then quoted a number you cannot meet.
- Light customization — colour, fabric, finish, logo, labels and packaging.
- Structural customization — dimensions, frame profile, construction and new tooling.
- Mixed-model production — normal for container shipments; each model carries its own minimum.
Sampling
Sample charges are quoted per model together with the courier cost to your address, because they depend on the construction, the finish and how bulky the item is to ship. Sample production typically takes 7 to 10 days.
Whether a sample charge is credited against the bulk order is a commercial decision taken at the same time as the pricing — we confirm it in writing with the quotation rather than leaving it as a promise.
Send your specification
Custom enquiries need a little more information than a standard quotation, so this form asks for it up front. Six fields, and we reply within 24 hours.
What helps us quote faster
- The model or a reference — a product link, a photo, or a drawing with dimensions.
- What you want changed — size, material, colour, branding or packaging.
- Target quantity — even approximate, so we quote the right tier.
- Destination port or city — so trade terms and packing are right first time.
- Brand files if you have them — logo artwork and any label or packaging requirements.
Your drawings and brand files are treated as confidential and are not shared with other buyers. Ask us for an NDA if your procurement process requires one.
Custom projects
Custom work is usually the least publishable part of a business — the whole point is that it belongs to the buyer. We share it the same way as our project references: on request, with permission.

Finish matching
A chair produced to match an existing venue finish, from a colour reference rather than a stock swatch.

Branding placement
A private-label chair with the buyer's mark applied where it reads as quality, not advertising.

Own-brand packaging
Export cartons labelled and organised for the buyer's own warehouse system.
