About GDtokin

GDtokin is a China-based manufacturer of commercial dining furniture. We design and produce dining chairs, tables, stools and banquettes in our own factory for restaurants, hotels, cafés and events — under our own quality control, and selling under our own brand or yours.

Four material families means leather upholstery, metal frames, solid wood and sintered stone tops. Nine styles runs from light luxury and Italian minimal through to mid-century and wabi-sabi — the finishes European and North American buyers actually specify.

Why buyers work with us

What a single manufacturer actually saves you

Most of our buyers are consolidating a project that would otherwise run across four or five vendors. Here is what that consolidation gives you.

  • One-stop matching — chairs, tables, bar stools and banquettes specified together, so finishes and proportions actually match instead of merely coexisting.
  • Full material and craft range — leather, faux leather, saddle leather, metal frames, solid wood and sintered stone under one quotation, with one freight plan.
  • Style coverage — nine styles means you can fit out a concept-led venue without being told "we only do contemporary".
  • OEM / ODM flexibility — adjust sizes, materials, colours and finishes, and apply your own branding, labels and packaging. No minimum brand spend.
  • QC-backed supply — in-line checks during production and a pre-shipment inspection before loading, with photo reports back to you, on every order.
Range milestones

How the range grew

We would rather describe how the product range developed than publish a company history we would have to pad out. Our story is the range itself.

Seating first

We started with dining chairs — upholstered and metal-framed — because seating is the hardest part of a food-service fit-out to get right and the easiest to get wrong.

Tables and counters

Tables, bar stools and island units followed, so buyers could specify a whole dining area rather than assemble one from separate vendors.

Nine categories, 136 models

The range now covers dining, bar, banquet, lounge, folding and café furniture — 136 models across 9 categories.

Factory production and QC

We built production capacity workshop by workshop — upholstery, welded metal frames, solid-wood joinery and stone fabrication — so the whole range is made in-house under one inspection routine.

OEM / ODM for own brands

Buyers with their own brand identity now use us for private-label production — sizes, materials, colours, logo and packaging.

Export packing as standard

Export packing and full shipping documentation are standard rather than an upgrade, so shipments clear and unload predictably.

Who you deal with

Four roles, one contact

You get one named contact for the whole order. Behind them sit four functions, so nothing is improvised while your production is running.

Production planning

Assigns each model to the right production line against our standards — construction, finish consistency, capacity and export record — and reserves the production slot.

Quality control

Runs first-article confirmation, in-line checks and the pre-shipment inspection, and compiles the photo report you receive before loading.

Customer service

Owns your quotation, order acknowledgement and documentation, and replies within 24 hours during working hours.

Logistics

Handles export packing requirements, container planning, booking with your forwarder or ours, and the shipping document set.

References

References, shared on request

We do not publish client names or project photography without written permission, so we send references directly instead of stacking anonymous logos on a page.

What we send

  • Comparable projects — country, venue type and categories delivered, for projects similar in scale to yours.
  • Buyer contact — where that client has agreed to be contacted.
  • Inspection and certification documents from our factory for the models we would supply.

Why we work this way

Hospitality projects are commercially sensitive — a new restaurant concept can be copied before it opens. We would rather give you two verifiable references than a wall of cropped logos you cannot check.
