Ordering & quotes

How do I start an order?
Send us the models you are considering — or simply your venue type, the number of covers or seats, and any reference images. We come back within 24 hours with pricing, lead time and the questions we still need answered. You do not need a finished specification to start; most orders are specified together with our team.
Do you have a catalogue with prices?
We list the full range online with specifications, but we do not publish prices. Pricing depends on material, finish, order quantity and destination, and on how the shipment is consolidated — so it is quoted per enquiry rather than listed as a number that would be wrong for most buyers.
What does the order process look like from my side?
Enquiry and specification, sampling and confirmation, production with in-line QC, pre-shipment inspection, loading and shipping, then after-sales support. You approve the sample and the proforma invoice; we handle the production and documentation in between.
Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes, and most buyers do — dining chairs with tables, or chairs with bar stools for a bar area. Mixed orders are consolidated before shipment so you receive one container and one document set rather than several partial shipments.

Pricing & payment

How is payment structured?
The payment structure is agreed in writing with the quotation. It normally combines a deposit with the balance settled before shipment; the exact split depends on order value and destination. We issue a proforma invoice for every order, and payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on that invoice.
What is the proforma invoice for?
The proforma invoice confirms the models, quantities, finishes, unit prices, trade terms and payment schedule we have agreed. It also carries the payment details, which is why we ask you to pay only against a proforma invoice issued by us — never against details quoted in an email thread.
Can payment terms be adjusted for a repeat customer?
Payment terms are part of the commercial discussion on every order and can be revisited for regular buyers. Talk to your contact when you place the follow-up order and we will look at it with the order history in front of us.
Which currency do you quote in?
Quotations are issued in US dollars by default. If your accounting requires a different currency, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what is possible before you commit to the order.

MOQ & trial orders

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed per model and finish, and mixed-model orders are normal. Tell us the items you are considering and your target quantity and we will confirm the minimum for each of them in writing with the quotation — we do not publish one blanket number because it differs by material and construction.
Is a smaller trial order possible instead of a full container?
A trial order is often the sensible middle step between samples and a container. Because freight dominates the landed cost of small shipments, we quote trial orders with the shipping options laid out so you can weigh the freight against the risk of ordering larger. Ask us when you enquire.
Is there a minimum for custom work?
Custom work carries its own minimum, which depends on what is being changed: a colour or a label is far lighter to set up than a new frame profile. Send us the change you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum for that specific change in writing.

Samples & finishes

Can I order samples before committing to a container?
Yes — and for a first order we recommend it. Samples are quoted per model together with the courier cost to your address, and can be produced in your chosen fabric, finish and colour so you are approving what you will actually receive.
How long do samples take, and what do they cost?
Sample production typically takes 7 to 10 days, plus transit. Sample charges are quoted per model together with freight, because they depend on the construction, the finish and how bulky the item is to ship.
Can I approve the material and finish before a full sample is made?
Yes. Where the decision depends on colour or texture, we can send material and finish references ahead of a complete unit, so you shortlist first and only pay for a full sample once the direction is agreed. The approved reference is recorded on your order file and production is checked against it, which is also what keeps repeat orders consistent.
Can a sample be changed after I receive it?
Yes. If a sample needs adjustment — a seat height, a finish tone, a frame profile — we revise it and re-sample before any bulk production is committed. Approving the sample is the checkpoint that protects both sides.

Lead time & production

How long does a first order usually take end to end?
Sampling typically takes 7 to 10 days, and production typically 15 to 25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Add your chosen freight transit time. For a first order we recommend allowing a little margin for sample revisions, which we flag when we quote.
What affects the lead time?
Construction and quantity first — an upholstered chair involves more operations than a metal frame — then finish (a matched colour adds a step), material availability at the factory, and whether the pre-production sample is already approved. Because those differ per model, the lead time is confirmed model by model in the order acknowledgement rather than quoted as one number for the whole range.
When does production start?
Production capacity is reserved once the deposit is confirmed, not when the enquiry arrives. That is deliberate: the production date in your order acknowledgement is the date we hold, rather than an estimate that slips because a slot was never booked.
How do I know production is on schedule?
We report at agreed checkpoints — materials in, frames complete, upholstery, pre-shipment inspection — with photographs, so you see the order rather than asking for status. If something moves, you hear it from us before the shipping date, not at the port.

Shipping & documents

What are your trade terms?
Our standard quotation is FOB. Prices include export packing — carton with foam protection, or a crate for stone and glass tops. We are happy to work with your nominated forwarder, and can quote CIF or door-to-door delivery on request.
What documents do I receive?
Packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading as standard, plus the inspection report and loading photographs for the shipment. Where a certificate of origin or other destination-specific document is required, tell us before booking and we will include it.
How is the goods packed?
Chairs are carton-packed with foam protection; tables, counters and stone tops are crated. Cartons are marked with your reference or shipping marks where you provide them, so the container can be unloaded against your own list.
Can you consolidate several orders into one container?
Yes. If your order spans several models or production lines, we plan the sequence so everything meets the same container, and provide one consolidated packing list. This is one of the main reasons buyers consolidate with a single manufacturer.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from China, and we quote from the port that gives your destination the best combination of schedule and cost. Tell us your destination port or city and we will quote the routing rather than leaving you to work it out.

Customization & OEM

Can you produce to our own design or with our logo?
Yes — that is our OEM and ODM service. We can adjust dimensions, materials, colours and finishes, and apply your own branding, labels and packaging. Samples and drawings are approved by you before mass production starts.
Which parts of a product can be customized?
Dimensions, material and construction, colour and finish, logo and branding, packaging and labelling. Each one has a practical limit that depends on the model — some frames cannot be re-proportioned without new tooling — so we confirm what is achievable before quoting.
Do you supply fabric from our own supplier?
Customer's own material can be used where the specification allows it. Tell us the material, its weight or backing, and where it ships from, and we will confirm whether it suits the frame and foam construction before you commit the fabric.
Can you match a design we already have?
Send drawings, a technical sheet or clear photographs with dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether we can match it, approximate it, or would be guessing. If we cannot match it, we would rather say so at sample stage than deliver something that does not fit your existing set.

After-sales, spares & care

What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Report any transit damage with photos within 7 days of arrival, referencing the packing list. We review the case with the carrier and our production team, then arrange replacement parts or units — normally with your next shipment to keep the freight cost down.
Can I get spare parts later?
Yes. Replacement components — feet, glides, hardware, upholstery panels — can be ordered after delivery, which matters in food service where one broken chair should not mean replacing a set. Tell us the model and the part when you ask.
How should we clean and maintain the furniture?
It depends on the material: powder-coated metal, solid wood, upholstery, sintered stone and woven surfaces each need different treatment. Our care and maintenance guide sets out routine and deep-clean steps for each, what to avoid, and when to ask us for a replacement part instead of cleaning harder.
Will a repeat order match my first one?
That is exactly why the same production team stays on your repeat orders, and why your order file retains the approved sample and finish references. When you reorder, we produce against those references so the new shipment sits alongside the old one.
What if there is a shortage in the container?
Shortages are checked against the packing list. If the packing list shows the item was loaded and it is missing on arrival, we investigate with the carrier; if it was never loaded, we produce and ship it. Either way, tell us within 7 days of arrival with photographs of the opened container.
Do you support installation or layout planning?
We support specification and layout at the planning stage — how many covers fit a given table size, what stool height suits a counter, how to keep a mixed-material scheme coherent. On-site installation is not something we provide directly, but we will make sure the assembly and fixing requirements are clear before you ship.
